12th November 2025 – Local Area – Northlands Pitsea
The Quest all started with a local walk and a spirit message regarding a Well and a Water Pump amongst other things, this led us to finding the Sacred Well and St Mary’s in Runwell. Since that time, we have revisited to note the changes and see where that has led us and been relevant on the journey. Since August, no-one from the quest had been able to access this area for many reasons. However, on 12th November this changed and Marlene and I regained access. These are the voice notes of our discussion following that visit;
As I was walking towards there it feels like the entire ground changed
Everything spaced out – the logs that had fallen felt a lot like it was further away from the well but I could see the kids tent – which shows you where the well is, the destruction on the ground and the exposure of the den and how much of those trunks have gone – so much is burnt out
That trunk was quite thick, chest height
The one of the ground was too big to step over – we uncovered the fish
At the end where I found my sword and the Darwin book, there is still a book there but it’s a child’s book – Monday April 12th 1912
The open one – had ego on the bottom I don’t know if that was the word but that’s what I saw
And then you saw the tree with its roots exposed – on its side and the roots there was like a thick cover of the witch balls mushrooms like forming a shield
– it’s like they tried to burn us, but they failed
3.31 (time stamp)
Well, they haven’t, history has outed that, it’s on every street corner – esoterism paganism new ageism is all exposed in every form and more ways of working, the tuning fork frequency has been a big thing this year
Somethings been sealed and a new openness coming in
We go into the well area and the blue and purple coming in which is new
Blue and purple – crown and third eye connecting and now throat connecting – seems like connecting the higher chakras whilst the lowers are getting sorted
The root has definielty been exposed
Threads of the quest I need to settle those in my head
6.15 (time stamp)
Andy did say that you get a lot of threads that just kind of dissolve but is that accountability on us or is that just that the thread ran cold who knows
We found a sacred well – runwell St Mary’s – Sulyard family – Flemings family – Poplar farm – Andrew Collins work – folklore of St Mary’s led us to a curve ball – the four main characters
Prioress – led to Little Birch
Sulyard – Tyrells
Airman – led us to the Australian
Titanic – led to Shackleton
Got as far as we could go – thats the well thread
Great Warley – Frederick Doe and a Dove on the top of the church and the mother of pearl – Warley branch of the Tyrell – Gertrude (first wife of William Petre)
Thundersley Church which sends us to Hadleigh Castle led to Heron Hall – main seat of Tyrell – All Saints – St Petres Chapel – Ingatestone Hall – Gertrude then married Anne both linked to the Tyrell family
Curve Ball comes in with Ongar – no reason to go to Ongar we were led by the Oak by the cards – the oak chest at St Mary’s Ongar and that was the (3 churches in one Day) – St Marys, Greensted and St Lawrences Bessie Blount Henry Fitzroy – this is where Henry VIII came in – little Jericho and windows in St Mary’s – Jane Seymour – Bolyn came in from the legend of church at All Saints Horndon
Led to Rochford Hall in St Andrews – Bolyn factor
Amongst all of this – what is quest and what is side quest
St Peters on the Wall – Maldon – James from the Well talked about a pie and an ale called the Kings head – now discounted it as too far from runwell – but we went to the Kings Head pub – the writings on the wall was Edward Bright – Fat man of Malden – Moot Hall – Darcy’s married a Tyrell – Elizabeth
Plume Library I find a grave with William and Elizabeth then down the hill to custom house because I had been reading about smugglers and pirates ref book Hervey Benham
14.48 (time stamp)
Maldon get pulled down stream to beeleigh but we don’t go to beeleigh on this day we go back up the hill – Cromwell Lane the well head – the blue boar which is linked to ………….(not followed this yet)
Find All saints Church
Moot Hall we stand on top of the hall. What do we see? What do we focus on? – the mouth of the river and the Cupolas and Darcy family is key
Back into All Saints and then see the Washington window– relevant Phillipe Tyrell married to Cornwallis that link to Washington.
Validations about Beeleigh – that is a hanging thread.
Going back to Heron Hall – yes connection severed – the bridge support has gone – fire is used to transform – branches of a family
12th April 1912 – Monday 12th – the 12’s in there (today is 12th Nov Wed)
Talk about past lives
20.15 (Time stamp)
I was there on Monday 11 of Nov – 11/11 and I didn’t see half the mushrooms that we saw today – conditions are perfect
And we went back on 12/11 – and they really told me to look at the date its significant
Google the date
RMS Titanic had its first full day at sea – 484miles – received its first Ice warnings, but the weather was calm. 21 knots
Talk about other events on 12th April 1912
25.16 (time stamp)
So, it is pulling us back to the Titanic – William Ryerson
I saw the Titanic exhibition on Canary Wharf
Explorer Link leading from –
I’m sure there was a titanic link at St Andrews as well.
Dunkirk has been a thing as well – the boats that went to help the boys off the beach but that led me to leigh on Sea and Cockles and Oysters – Oysters being a thing
So, we keep it local what have we got;
Cockle shells/Oysters – from Colchester down that whole side, basically is a whole oyster bed – stuff gone on over the years – follow the oysters – leigh on sea oysters caused a Typhoid outbreak because the quality of the water was so shocking – led to innovation on cleaning them – they used to do it through big copper kettles boiling them 4 times that sort of thing
29.25 time stamp
Obviously, the smuggler thing
Thundersley Church is really in my head – every time I ask where does the Quest go from here – Thundersley Church
But that’s the local place that’s supposed to have a sarsen stone isn’t it – we couldn’t find it
I’ve got to read the book of Beeleigh but I don’t want to get stuck up there
31.00 – personal chat
33.33 time stamp
Clearly it seems to be going back to the beginning and from today it seems like it’s the Titanic
Who was there when that man came through that had links to do with the fat man of Maldon – looking at the books – that’s the Beeleigh thread
It may come up i would have thought so as all what they didn’t sell locally would have gone through London, but there was a big Fish Market in Colchester – so you get a bit of a divide
Oysters were the cheap man foods so by Spitalfields – Jack the Ripper country – Whitechapel – there was a lot of Oyster bars as they called them as they were cheap food for the poor people basically. I saw an Oyster Bar when Russell Stephen Edwards took me on the Jack the Ripper Tour
36.36 time stamp
When we saw the Heron fly I followed the direction and I saw the Heron Hall didn’t I but then it circled back again to two tree island and when I looked at two tree island they’ve called something called Heron Ponds – 2 reasons why we went there – the quest pulled us that way and years ago the map dowsing experiment and it landed at the bottom of the hill at Hadleigh castle – there was an old bottle dump at the bridge – when we got the message from Thundersley then we took advantage to check it out. Two birds one stone – we couldn’t get over the railway track and there’s lots of broken crockery there
Feel like that might be a personal side quest – you literally get off at Leigh on Sea to get to two tree islands.
Theres a lot to get on with. I don’t feel the need to be getting out and about at the moment, and we are in the depth of winter.
They are showing me the grave of William Ryerson for some reason.
And a fish came out from underneath the trunk – the sword in the stone, a fish under the trunk
A book – Darwins Voyagers
We’ve got a Well that’s turned to blue and purple and white and the little tent with the green
And a piece of crockery is it leading us back to Hadleigh Castle way – Thundersley pick it up from there to keep it local. Maybe.
